YES: Confirmation that this is Emily Miazga, creator of Em's Power Cookies on the Col de Tourmalet at the Tour de France running alongside Andy Schleck and Contador! The reason? Just to have a laugh, being a goof entertaining the masses of crowds that line the roadsides at the Tour. And why not? The yellow bikini was also worn 2 days earlier when the tour first passed over the Tourmalet, and Schleck gave it the 2 thumbs up as he crested the summit. Nice!
