Calling all ladies in the 2017 Torpedo7 Spring Challenge! We are NOT far away now with only 3 weeks to go until the biggest race ever takes place in Geraldine! Then in Oct we’re off to Auckland for Spring Challenge North. I’ll be at both events once again (cannot believe this is the 11th year!?) and performing MC duties at the finish line along with the illustrious Brendan Fa’avae.

Nutrition can be a big challenge and it can either make or break your day.
